Hello. My name is Zoe and I work at Caring Together. I've just become aware of this very special tribute page, and wanted to say thank you so much for your kind support of our work. Your gifts in memory of Michael will help carers who may feel isolated, exhausted, and in great need of support. Thanks to you we can provide services such as free counselling, a break from caring to connect with others at our hubs, or expert advice on the phone. These special gifts will make a big difference for unpaid carers and the people they look after.
